FLUX

FLUX removes foreign substances on the brazing metal surface, protects it from the atmosphere, and prevents oxidation that may occur during brazing. It also reduces the surface tension of the solder so that the solder spreads sufficiently over the surface of the brazing metal, thereby increasing the brazing efficiency. YOOCHNAG MEAL IND. is selling FLUX (for low/high-temperature) and VAPOUR FLUX that are widely used in general brazing.


FLUX for low/high-temperature

For low-temperature (500℃~700℃)/For high-temperature (700℃~980℃). It has a white creamy form. This product is used for general brazing, stainless steel high temperature brazing, low temperature brazing of cemented carbide, and brass brazing.

VAPOUR FLUX

It is a solution type. During gas welding, gas passes through it and vaporization occurs. It prevents oxidation of the welded part.
