R-404A
R-404A was developed to serve as a non ozone depleting substitute for R-502.
Its discharge temperature is 10℃ lower and the pressure is 10% higher than R-502.
It is suitable for both new equipment and retrofitted existing R-502 commercial refrigeration system.
Polyol ester lubricants can be used. It is well suited for low and medium temperature commercial refrigeration applications.
