Injection System

Overview

Component B (APP system) and component A (Polymeric MDI) are mixed and injected through the foaming machine into a panel or a formed product to be used for insulation or for a designed purpose.

Compared with EPS and glass wool, the product has excellent insulation performance, and has PUR and PIR system.

Usage

-This product has been widely used as insulation material for sandwich panel and industrial products.

● It is used as a system for continuous or discontinuous panel.

● It is used as a system for covers of boilers' hot water tank, pipe cover and preinsulated pipe cover.

● It is used also as packing buffer materials (packing foam).
