Adhesive System
Overview
The adhesives are used for manufacturing EPS and glass wool panels in a continuous process and rock wool and
honeycomb panels in a discontinuous process. They have low viscosity and good adhesion.
Usage
● 2 Components Type
- They are adhesives for EPS, glass wool, and mineral wool onto coil (steel plates). Due to their reaction characteristics, they are suitable for a continuous manufacturing process.
● 1 Component Type
- Commonly known as honeycomb adhesives, these one-component adhesives provide excellent performance in gluing the fireproof steel door and honeycomb and has physical properties in enhancing the fire-resistance properties of fire doors.
