Urea Coating System
Overview
The coating materials are two-component system. There are two types of products, polyurea coat and hybrid coat.
As industrial coating materials, the products have excellent physical properties in terms of corrosion-resistance, water-resistance, abrasion protection and decorative application.
Compared with other products, these products have superb durability, adhesiveness and self-levelling.
They also have optimal functionality without seams. As they have 4~6 seconds of gel-time, they can be sprayed onto a slope surface as well as a vertical surface without running down.
The work using these products can be carried out quickly as their tack-free time is within 10 seconds.

NK Safety Primer
-It is developed for polyurea, by using this product, the pinholes on the surface of the polyurea coating layer can be greatly reduced.
-This product has superior fire safety.
-Total construction time can be reduced by half, due to the fast-curing and less-pinhole on the polyurea.
CONSTRUCTION METHOD
-NK safety primer is a two component type and has fast curing property.
Therefore, special coating equipment should be used.
● Usage: 0.2-0.45Kg/m2
● Primer recoat time: 0.5-1 hour
