PU Classic skin - Skin & top coats (One component)
- Skin and top coat grades are used for the external coating layers, which impart desired properties while retaining the feel of the fabric. In the transfer process, this coating is known as the skin coat. in the direct coating process, it is known as the top coat.
These aromatic grades are one-component types, dissolved in a polar solvent, usually DMF.
Once the solvent is flashed off, a solid elastic film is obtained. One component grades do not require crosslinking.
