KOREOX EPA1500
- KOREOX EPA1500 is a modified anionic polymer developed to be appropriate for the synthetic metal working fluid, and shows outstanding extreme pressure without specific additives for extreme pressure. In addition, the product is water soluble to be applied for both Synthetic and semi-synthetic metal processing.
● Features
▶ Convenient formulation–Uniform mixture with most ethanolamine and amine additives. Specific lubricant additives such as phosphate ester are not required.
▶ Machinability improvement effect–The concentration of the solution can be changed depending on the process environment and sulfur, chlorine and phosphorous extreme pressure additives to obtain improved machinability.
▶ Increase in tool life–The metal working fluid applied with KOREOX EPA1500 increases the lifespan of the tools.
