● Introduction
- Photo Active Compounds (PAC) are chemicals used in positive photoresist for micro-patterning of semiconductor circuits (IC and LSI) and thin film transistor (TFT) in LCD. Since the year 2000, Miwon has produced and supplied various electronic grade PACs for G- and I-line lithography and been dedicated to the development of new products to meet the technical demands of our customers in the highly dynamic world of electronic materials.
