The Semiconductor Materials BU leverages MIWON’s expertise in precision chemical manufacturing, control, and polymerization technology to develop and mass-produce Spin on Hardmask(SOH), I-line, KrF, ArF, and BARC polymers essential for semiconductor microcircuit patterning. We supply these customized products to customers both domestically and internationally.

Since the 1990s, when Korea’s electronic materials industry was still emerging, MIWON has dedicated itself to producing high-quality products, building expertise in the synthesis, purification, mass production, and precise analysis of organic and inorganic monomers and polymers, guided by its motto of becoming “a core chemical supplier for electronic materials with customers.”
The Semiconductor Materials business unit has played a key role in localizing semiconductor materials that were once sourced primari-ly from Japan and the United States and continues to prioritize R&D and investment in semiconductor materials.
