▶ Summary
- ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film) is a film products diffusing conductive particle into thermosetting resin.
It is the structure of conductive particle or anti-static particle diffused in insulating adhesive films and charged with electric current only to the direction of counter electrode when it is connected and also have the feature of anisotropic electrical conduction with insulative function between near electrodes
- Width of products(mm): 1.0.2.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0
- Length of products(m): 50, 100, 200 The width and length of products are adjustable in accordance with customer's request

- ACF is a film type of adhesive that is metal coated plastic or conductive particle diffused being used for LCD panel and TCP or electrical connection of PCB in LCD mounting field, Flip chip(COG) and FPC(Glass, PCB, Film) in module process

- HOIMYUNG's releasing film is a functional film having the features of specific regular peeling force and remaining adhesive property by spreading silicon or anti-static materials to the cross section or both sides of PET(Polyethylene terephthalate) film

- HOIMYUNG is supplying differentiated releasing film as per the use such as thickness, thickness variation and surface roughness of the film and they are used for the dielectric forming hardware in passive element manufacturing process such as MLLC, chip inductor etc and the supporter and protector of adhesive materials such as OCA, ACF etc
