CLEANMASTER

- CLEANMASTER is a complete monitoring system with which you can do real time screening of most key impediments, such as scale, corrosion, slime troubles, occurring in cooling water equipment. The adhesive rate of scale can be measured by the Fouling Factor. When fixed amount of electric heat on a tube, deposit starts to form on the surface of the tube is generated on the surface of the test tube, and this creates insulation and the temperature inclines. By using this method, the adhesive rate of scale can be measured.

- The speed of corrosion is relative to the current density of corrosion. When metal is exposed to a corrosive condition, oxidation and reduction take place simultaneously. In this case, it is metal that is oxidized and oxygen is reduced. The corrosion rate can be measured through the amount of electricity based on the metal oxidation process.

- The adhesive rate of slime can be figured by observing the change in a coefficient of friction in the pipe with a fixed coefficient of friction. If slime sticks to the inner surface of a pipe, the coefficient of friction increases. When the flux remains the same, the difference of pressure between two points is relative to the coefficient of friction. The adhesive rate of slime can be measured by continuously monitoring the change of the pressure.
