● High temperature resistant insulating material

▶ UL certified high temperature resistance
- Aramid paper is known to be a best high temperature-resistant insulating material in the electrical appliances industry. With excellent thermal aging resistance function, aramid paper cannot be replaced with any other materials.
- Metastar meta aramid paper has been UL-certified and the relative temperature index is 210 C. This material can be used for 100,000 hours under the temperature of 210 C and the performance does not deteriorate by more than 50%.

- Features: This product provides relatively high dielectric strength, mechanical strength, flexibility and elastic recovery. 
- It is available in thicknesses ranging from 0.05mm to 0.76mm.
- Application: It is used in electrical engineering insulation and almost all devices that need electric insulation. In particular, it is applied to high-temperature resistant insulation. This product can be applied to short-term overload operation and has a strong ability to prevent overload.

- A breakdown test on transformer copper wires shows that there is no particular difference between YT510 aramid paper and an imported aramid paper after dip-coating. This product fully meets the requirements for use.

- A pressure resistance test on YT510 aramid paper and an imported aramid paper after transformer dip-coating shows satisfactory pressure resistance performance of YT510. In addition, a breakdown test on transformer copper wires between YT510 aramid paper and an imported aramid paper shows no particular difference between the materials following dip-coating. This product fully meets the requirements for use.

- Features : This product provides high dielectric strength, high mechanical strength, good flexibility and elastic recovery. With a low chlorine content, it is safe for the environment. This product is available in thicknesses ranging from 0.05mm to 0.76mm. 
- Application: This product is used for electrical engineering insulation and temperature resisting insulation in electronic products to which strict environmental regulations are applied.


- Used for internal insulation of lithium batteries in electronic devices, such as mobile phones and laptop computers, this product effectively prevents battery overheating damage. As an insulating tape, it provides strong waterproof, light shielding, heat resistant and adhesive functions. It can be applied to fixed liquid crystal screens and produces excellent punching workability
