Pigment dye for paper making
● Features
▶ Pigment dye is widely used for special purposes such as manufacturing process of high-quality white papers, printing papers, sanitary papers and fruit tree wrapping papers.
▶ Has excellent resistance against many properties (especially sunlight resistance).
▶ Virtually no possibility for pulp pollution or trouble.
● How to Use
▶ For use, add to pulper, beater, mixing chest or machine chest.
▶ Can be used with latex for size press (using starch) or coating color.
▶ Fixture rate increase when used with alum for use as an additive to internal (if a large amount of dye is required, dye fixers with cation source polymer should be used).
● Caution
▶ Avoid direct contact with sunlight and store under normal temperature to prevent freezing.
▶ Deposits may form if stored for a long time without using, mix enough before use.
