● Standard

▶ Exterior : milk white fluid (KSM-3704)

▶ Main Component : Acrylic ester copolymer denaturalizing resin

▶ Solid : 50±2% (KSM-3705)

▶ viscosity : 100±50 CPS/23°C (KSM-3705)

▶ pH : 6.5 - 7.5 (KSM-3705)

● Characteristics

▶ Dust Protection

- It has brilliant texture falling or dust shatter-proof prevention effect by wind pressure due to complement the damage by impact, which is the weakness of adhesive that is mixed with fire-proof coverings by infiltration of the fire resistant coverings formation and membrane mixed protection.

▶ Strong Coating

- It protects the surface of the fire resistant coverings especially in the boiler room or the basement from dampness and vibration by forming flexibility, resistance, weather ability, durability, aging proof surface of the acrylic ester copolymer denaturalize sometic material

▶ Effective for construction

- It is possible to precede construction regardless of its unstable dryness or irregularity of the surface of the fire-proof insulation coverings for mixing with water is possible.

▶ Clear Exterior

- Dry covering contains no color, therefore it is achievable to maintain the original color and texture of the fire-proof insulation covering itself, or matching colors with exterior by mixing colors.

● Preparation

▶ The Time of Construction : It must be performed after Spray painting of fire-proof insulation covering and completely dried.

▶ Care of the Product

1) Keeping : Avoid sunlight, and temperature above 5°C to 40°C. Especially cautious with freezing.

2) Prevent the product form falling or damaging the container while transporting for avoiding outflow of the contents.

3) No later than 6months product must be used after delivery.

Texture Treatment : It is important to check if there are any foreign substances such as dust, rust, or oil on the surface before construction.

Working Condition

1) Electricity : Proper rate voltage and capacity must be secured in advance for spray machine.

2) Water : Diluting water must be used with clean water that contains no suspended particulate matters or noxious substances, which qualifies well for industrial water standards.

3) Light : It is necessary to secure more that 300LUX of luminous intensity for workers to check condition of the coating and defections

4) Temperature : The temperature of the construction site and adhered surface must maintain more than 5°C while construction and drying.

5) Installation of shield: Clover Sealer forms strong membrane after drying, therefore it must be well managed not to be infected to outer the applied surface while construction, and must be blocked with PE FILM(0.4mm and above) tape.

● Application Process

▶ Construction method

1) Required for well preparation for construction time, surface management, and conditions of the site in order not to trouble construction.

2) Inject Clover Sealer into a drum of the stirrer, and mix it by spinning impeller.

3) Application Amount

A) Return Duct engineering or general office without wind-pressure or vibration

   Required Amount : Clover Sealer SA-515 100gr/㎡

B) Exposed part of No-Return Duct, basement parking garage, electric room, boiler room, and machinery room where vibration occur

   Required Amount : Clover Sealer SA-515 Total amount of 200gr/㎡ (1st 80gr/㎡, 2nd 120gr/㎡)

C) Basement parking garage and boiler room where contains high humid and vibration

   Required Amount : Clover Sealer SA-515 Total amount of 200gr/㎡ (1st 80gr/㎡, 2nd 120gr/㎡)

* The mixing ratio of above A), b), and c) will be varied by the size of the container

4) The distance between the surface of construction and the end of nozzle must maintain within 50cm, and a right angle is recommended for the angle of the nozzle.

 Dry : Ventilation must be good and here are the following standard dry terms.

Note)

1. The chart is based on complete dried construction surface of fire-resistance insulation coverings.

2. One or more days are required for drying period during rainy season.

▶ Equipment

They are defined to stirrer and stir container that is enable to mix water and air compressor type or air spray type.

It is possible to use the Power Ace or Hydrocon.

Note)

1. Equipment could be rust-less quality.

2. Equipment must be washed with water before dry.

● Caution

- Wash thoroughly with water when polluted on clothing or skin during construction.

Safety hard wear such as safety glasses, masks, hard hats must be worn before the construction.
