- As the product can reduce the air content in the paper stock and white water, it can help increase the production efficiency by stabilizing the operation of the sheet forming machine and reducing the power it requires.
- The product can also help improve the performance of the precipitation tanks of waste water treatment plants.
How to Use
- Crude liquid or 30%-diluted liquid can be fed. Generally, the section for feeding this product is the 1st white water tank, but it can be also directly fed.
- For the defoaming and antifoaming effects, the optimal feeding volume generally ranges between 200ppm and 1,000ppm against the amount of paper stock.
- When using the diluted liquid, continuous mixing activity is recommended
Precautions
- The product will be safe for 6 months when stored in a cool and dark place.
- The cream effect due to the variation in temperature during the storage can be removed by applying the mixing process without any change to its performance.
