Application
It is an ion synthetic polycarbonic acid. It has a high-performance water-reducing agent that can be used in mixing the ready-mixed concrete while enhancing its water reducing effect and strength.
- It is proper for ready-mixed concrete (at least 1-2hr long distance).
- It reduces slump loss and achieves a high flow. After cementation, the strength is excellent and crack prevention effect is noticeable. It is suitable for high-rise apartments and structures that require high strength.
- Generally, CONACE can be used with CONFOS. This product is a water-reducing agent that can help existing naphthalene and melamine admixtures realize their strength and improve weak points when mixed to these substances, due to their good compatibility.
How to Use
- It can be dissolved well in water because it is a water soluble-type product. Generally, it is used with CONFOS. (CONFOS: CONACE=8:2). It also uses 1-3% alongside cement.
Precautions
- This is an alkaline product, wash immediately with water when it gets on your skin.
- Watch out for the extreme dryness. It is better not to expose in the air for a long period since water evaporates fast.
- Unfreeze during the winter.
