This is the repair mortar of inorganic cement group, and as the Super-high early strength, water tightness, and chemicals resistance are excellent, the practical strength will be displayed at 3 hours after the application, and it is the product to display superb performance effect on the repair, reinforcement, and durability increase, neutralization prevention of concrete structure etc, through excellent adhesive force to deteriorated structure.
Characteristics

1.1800 ~ 2200kg/m3
2. Based on 1m/m, apply 1.5 2,0kg/m3.
Application method
1, Adjustment of base surface - Before the construction Work, perform thorough cleaning of the base surface so as to eliminate foreign material including dust, oil etc., and get rid of irregularly and crack state, abnormalities of connection joint section, or other elements obstructing basic performance of the product, maintain the base surface in wet state during the construction work.
2. Mixing the ratio is powder (Quick REMORTAR) : water = 25kg:3.75 ~5.00L Input the water first, and after put in super-fast hardening repair mortar, perform the mixing sufficiently for 1~2 minutes (within 3 minutes) with high speed electric mixer.
3. Coating-Perform the pouring of the mixed mortar within 15 minutes by spreading evenly with the trowel for plastering.
Cautions
1. The product shall be stored under normal temperature in the closed state, and opened material shall be used as soon as possible within 5 hours,
2. If the bottom concrete surface is too dry, there is the concern of reduction of adhesive force or peeling of after elapsing of time due to the absorption of moisture contained in the mixed QUICK REMORTAR to the bottom concrete inside, therefore, it is necessary to make the bottom concrete in wet condition.
3. For the sake of adequate hardening, the water spray curing can be performed tor several days after 24 hours.
4, For application, pour the mortar to the concrete base surface by mixing with the specified mixing ratio.
