▶ DESCRIPTION
W-800 is non graphite type water soluble die release agent with high concentration. It is suitable for difficult forging work.

▶ APPLICATION

- Demoulding lubricant for hot forging of steel(difficult work)


▶ USAGE

- Dilution : For initial trials, one part of W-800 to thirteen parts of water by volume is suggested. We recommend to determine dilution ratio during operation according to the condition of die surface and the working condition

- Application tool : Use Spray gun(recommended) or brush


▶ PACKING & STORAGE

- PACKING UNIT : 20kg can, 200kg drum, 1000kg tank Store W-800 in a cool place Be cautious not to freeze
