Waterless Ink

What is Waterless Printing ?

- The Waterless printing is a printing method in which the traditional dampening is avoided in order to print the image of the printing plate and the waterless plate is used in which the non-image area is treated with a layer of silicone rubber. In conventional damping (offset) printing, a large amount of wastewater is generated due to the use of water (dampening) during printing, and various harmful substances are contained. In Waterless printing with no use water, it avoids the use of harmful substances such as alcohol, protects the health of workers, and enables environmentally friendly printing.
