MCC (Mold Cleaning Compound)
- MCC has been a mold cleaner of semiconductor which is a thermosetting resin of melamine-based polymerization, Semiconductors such as IC, PBGA, TR, Diode, etc should be encapsulated by EMC in order to protect from outside environments humidity, heat and mechanical impact, During the using by EMC, The surface of mold is contaminated from sticky problems, high temperature, oxidation of unsaturated bonds, impurities, lots of molding cycle, etc. MCC material is the most effective way to remove the mold stains.

● STORAGE & PACKING
- MCC is very sensitive to moisture. To be into the dry and cool place, without direct sunshine.
- It is stable for 1 year at around 25C(77°F) under a air-condition room. Once open the sealing, the material should be used within 1-2 weeks.
