Thermo chromic pigment




▶ Characteristic : Thermo chromic slurry is consisted of below 1-5 micron microcapsule. It protects pigment from unstable substance such as external environment, heat, PH etc and keeps its function and is used in oil-based ink.

▶ Color : The basic colors are Blue, Yellow, Violet and Red. It can be used to mix different colors each other and also mix with fluorescent dye.

▶ Application : Silk screen printing that use oil-based ink

▶ Dosage : Thermo chromic powder 10% + Transparent oil - based ink 90%

▶ Package : 1kg Vacuum packing



• Thermo chromic pigment


- Thermo chromic pigment that is reversible heat sensitive materials is consisted of electron donor and electron acceptor.

- And it shows a color at the crystallized status by the interaction of these substances.

- When the color crystalline is heated, it becomes colorless by being parted electron accepter. And their interaction is stopped.

- This means that it is possible to reversibly and repeatedly change color (from colorless to color / from color to other color ) by electron acceptor's selection,
