CAMELON 701- Antistatic Agent for PP Spunbond and Nylon Gloves





- CAMELON 701 is an antistatic agent especially formulated for PP Spunbond, Nylon gloves and synthetic fiber applications. Synthetic fibers are so poor at attracting moisture from ambient air that static discharges and electric shock frequently occur on the surface of the polymers thus ruining and damaging the effectiveness of the said textile or electrical components being worked upon. CAMELON 701 is a superbly effective antistatic agent whose quality (10 7~9Ω/sq) lies near the conductive range of static buildup. As a result, CAMELON 701 is particularly well suited to PP Spunbond and Nylon gloves applications in semiconductor and electrical research laboratories.

● USE METHOD

- Generally dilute 2.0~10.0% weight in cold or warm water. Spray or dip synthetic fabric with solution and squeeze out excess liquid. Allow to dry at ambient temperature. Quality assurance test will measure a pick-up ratio of 0.8% to 1.4% for peak effectiveness after solution is dried.

● HANDLING & STORAGE

- Storage stability: At least 12 months under normal conditions.
- Storage and transport: Recommend a storage temperature of 15~30 C.
- Direct exposure to the sun should be avoided.
