Oil based Dispersant for Diamond Slurry
- Sapphire is a crystal boules of aluminum oxide (Al2O3) formed at the 2050℃. Because of the remarkable hardness of sapphires, 9 Mohs scale (and of aluminum oxide in general), sapphire has infrared optical characteristics, superior heat conductivity, stability between low and high temperature similar metal in ceramic material.
● Product Name: DSF-293 & 287HV
- Sapphires are used in semiconductor circuits and parts applications, including infrared optical components, laser parts applications, and very thin electronic wafers, which are used as the insulating substrates of very special –purpose solid-state electronics (most of which are integrated circuits). Specially TV, LED light are growing industry field.
DSF-293 is using during the polishing of the Sapphire wafer surface during the LED manufacturing process. This is an Oil base cutting fluid. The main ingredient is Normal Paraffin of Hydrocarbon. Mixed with 3 ㎛ ~ 6 ㎛ of Diamond powder which is used to make 0.4% dispersed slurry. This is dispersed by spraying on the surface of pored copper (Cu) plate. The pores will hold the diamond slurry used for polishing the Sapphire wafers. This polishing surface is put into contacted with sapphire wafer and spun to provide the polished surface. This product provides an excellent dispersion of the diamond powder, and outstanding cutting rate. Specially, DSF-287HV is a liquid dispersant containing high Viscosity with a main ingredient of Naphthene oil. It has a excellent Diamond disperse ability and superior Anti-Settling effect.
