Water Soluble Dispersant for Diamond Slurry

DSF-235W is a water based cutting fluid for Diamond slurry which is using during the polishing of sapphire wafer surfaces in the LED manufacturing process. The main ingredient used is Dialkylene Glycol. Like the Diamond Slurry mentioned in DSF-293, 3 ㎛ or 6 ㎛ the Diamond powder is used to make a 0.4% dispersed slurry which is dispersed by spraying for use in polishing sapphire wafer surfaces. This product displays excellent in dispersion of the diamond powder, cutting rate and cleaning.
