- Texturing agent is controlling etching speed by adding additives, formed pyramid and selective etching available. Additives are improve surface tension and diffuse behavior for control appropriate etching speed to form pyramid.

- Texturing Agent for Single Crystalline Silicon Wafers is an effective etching additives, IPA using in broad way. IAP is improving surface wetting, reaction ability and control etching speed. Function is removal of hydrogen bubble sticking on the silicon wafer surface and control texturing phase. But etching contained IPA has some disadvantages, optimum etching speed are around the IPA boiling point of 82.4℃. Isopropyl alcohol is continuously evaporate during the texturing process. Etching composition is continuously change . Few decline of reproducibility due to the etching fluctuation.
To solve these KOH/IPA etching solution problems, we have developed STA-007 (Korean Patent No.10-1213147 ) is improve process stability, reduce production time. Appropriate etching process of inline and vertical texturing agent is environmentally friendly agent.
