Antistatic agent for spray



- Antistatic agents are compounds used for treatment of materials or their surfaces in order to reduce or eliminate buildup of static electricity generally caused by the triboelectric effect.


Product Name: SAS-310

- During the packaging of the product when using PE foam to provide an impact absorption and in the packaging boxes for PP injection molding of LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) it is required to provide a temporary antistatic function during the moving period (about 2-3 month). The required surface resistant can be as low as 109Ω/sq. based on RH20% standard. Another requirement is that the LCD glass does not become contaminated by the stinky properties of the antistatic agent packaging material.
Generally PE, PP of thermoplastics use antistatic agent as an internal additive, but are difficult to meet the low surface resistance of 109Ω/sq. Also the internal box of automobile generator coils are using ABS resin; it is not required for an antistatic function after the parts are assemble, but during the winding of the coil it is common to generate static electricity making the quality of the covering material disappear or go away, by using our product this protects the stop this from happening and protect the coating material.
SAS-310 is a spray antistatic agent that provides an antistatic function to the molding products which are a natural static electricity producer in products such as PE foam sheets, PP, ABS, PC, PET, PS and other automobile parts and electric materials.

Characteristics

1) Due to low surface tension, sub-micro spray coating is available for use on the material
2) Due to its superior permeation on the material, it shows excellent antistatic effect even in complicated shape molding production 
3) Transparent and no staining once applied and dried 
4) Once applied provides permanent antistatic effect (108~109Ω/sq.)
5) After drying the final product is not sticky
6) Superior in the spray operation productivity due to the fast dry speed.


▶ Instruction of use

- First remove and clean any contamination and make sure the targeting material is clean then spray uniformly, letting it dry naturally or with convection heat to provide the antistatic function.
