Antistatic agent for Dust Free Paper

- Antistatic agents are compounds used for treatment of materials or their surfaces in order to reduce or eliminate buildup of static electricity generally caused by the triboelectric effect.

Product Naem: NDP-308

- When operating in a manufacturing factory for Semi-conductors or electronic products it is required that the area be antistatic to protect from fatal damage of precise parts which are assembled in a clean room. Disposable clothes, gloves, even office supplies used in a clean room are required to be antistatic. The Non-dust paper manufactures of the coating process in Korea are using Su micron water soluble acrylic binder, but there is no antistatic function that provides surface resistant higher than 1011 Ω/Sq., Non-dust paper manufacturing abroad are adding Copper wire to provide electric conduction, but the problem changes the paper color.
Test standard of antistatic material and supplies using in clean rooms is regulated to a surface resistant of 109 Ω/Sq. in the U.S. and many other countries, but companies in Korea like Samsung and LG is regulated at 108 Ω/Sq.. This is lower than the standard abroad.
NDP-308 is an antistatic agent for paper supplies used in clean rooms and  applied with ion-exchange water or acrylic binder for non dust paper manufacture.

▶ Characteristic

1) Does not convert to a gelation during mixing process with acrylic binder.
2) The antistatic agent does not change the papers color.
3) Adsorption of ink during writing is superior because this agent does not affect the physical characteristic of the paper itself.
4) Ink color on the paper product does not change over time.
5) Superior antistatic effect of 108 Ω/Sq. RH40% standard.
6) When subjected to heat for drying the antistatic agent does not have any affect the color due to it’s heat resistant.
7) Productivity is great due to superior permeation due to low surface tension.

▶ Instruction for use

- NDP-308 mixture depends on your requirement for surface resistant, mixing with acrylic binder of 10~20 phr or dilute with ion-exchange water for your optional ratio.
