- To make fire retardant for Acryl coating agent of water base or pressure sensitive adhesive, general inorganic fire retardant such as phosphorus ammonium, It is not usable because as soon as add phosphorus, it is convert to gel type due to trouble with resign and viscosity is up. So generally using halogenated organic fire retardant such as comparable DBDPO (Decabromodiphenyl Oxide), but this is limited or reducing usage is recommend or expected can not be use this items in the future due to environmentally toxic material in RoHS (electricity∙electronic equipment toxic material limit use regulation) regulated brome group fire retardant (PBBs, PBDEs).
ANTA-520 is as a water base fire retardant for water base Acryl coating agent or pressure sensitive adhesive of water base. It has superior comparability, In case of mix amount of non organic fire retardant such as Al(OH)3 or Mg(OH)2, fire retardant efficient will be up.
