Resins for casting and molding

- Molding resin is made by heating thermoplastic materials and making them into liquid, and pouring them into a mold and cooling them. Resins formed through two-component curing by main agent and hardener reaction are called casting resin, and they are easily processed without particular devices (injection and pressing machine). While urethane shows high flexibility, low hardness, elasticity and low-temperature property, epoxy resin shows high mechanical strength, high hardness and high heat resistance.
