- Two parts, ultra fast curing, hybrid polyurea, sprayapplied elastomeric coating system. It provides premium quality, long-life protective coating to concrete and metal substances on major civil and construction projects.

▶ Uses

* Most areas of protective coating, lining, flooring and waterproofing. 

- Concrete, steel, tank, bridge, etc. 

- Ultra fast cure allows vertical application.


▶ Color 

* Green, Grey

- Custom colors are available. 

* Tend to yellowish and become chalking after exposure to UV light. It should be combined with Varo-Top HG for UV-resistance and durability


▶ Coverage 

* 1.10kg/m in 1.0mm dry film thickness on a smooth surface. 

* Recommended film thickness: 3mm.


▶ Packaging 

* HSC-A90P [Isocyanate] : 210kg / Steel Drum 

* HSC-A9OR [Polyol] : 200kg / Steel Drum 

* Mix Ratio(P:R) = 1:1 by volume


▶ Storage 

* Use within six(6) after manufacturing date written on the label. 

* Store in cool, dry and well-ventilated place. 

* Avoid exposure to humidity and UV. 

* Avoid contamination by water, alcohol, etc. 

* Keep away product from heat, spark and flames.

 

▶ Surface Preparation 

* Surfaces must be sound, smooth and free from dust, laitance, oil or other contaminants.



▶ Application - Professional use only. 

* Priming 
- To inhibit pin-holes and increase the adhesion to the surfaces, porous surfaces should be coated by primer(Varo-BP is recommended) at 0.25Kg/m in 0.1mm dry film thickness.

*Coating 
- HSC-AXOR[Polyol] compound should be agitated before and during use. 
- Required machine spray setting as follows.
* Material temperature 20-250 
* Main heater temperature 60-650 
* Line heater temperature 60-650 
* Spray Pressure 2.500-2.800psi 
- Keep the distance between the surfaces and the spray gun about 50 ~ 60cm, and apply it at right angles to the top and bottom, left and right at regular intervals.
- Do not apply product unless concrete has cured at least 28days at 20C and over 80%RH or equivalent. The surfaces temperature and moisture content should be lower than 400 
- Do not apply product when the temperature is below 50 
- Cover the fully dried membrabne by Varo-Top HG R/H for color-fast and endurance.
