HUB-500F

- High quality, 100% solids, moisture curing, urethane adhesive (binder) formulated for the construction of products using scrap rubber and similar materials. It offers outstanding hydrolytic stability combined with excellent adhesive properties.

▶ Features 

* One-Pack Polyurethane System 

* Excellent adhesion with various scrap rubber (urethane, EPDM, waste tire rubber or etc.) 

* Not emit strong odor

▶ Uses

* Urethane binder of rubber and polyurethane scraps(chip) for elastic roads and athletic surfaces 

* Adhesive for manufacture of interlocking rubber(or urethane) block.

* Slightly Yellowish Liquid 

▶ Blending Ratio(w/w) 

* Scrap (Chip) / HUB-500F = 4/1 (w/w)

▶ Packaging 

* 18kg / Steel Pail.

▶ Storage 

* Use within six(6) after manufacturing date written on the label. 

* Store in cool, dry and well-ventilated place. 

* Avoid exposure to humidity and UV. 

* Avoid contamination by water, alcohol, etc. 

* Keep away product from heat, spark and flames.

▶ Surface Preparation 

* Surfaces must be sound, smooth and free from dust, laitance, oil or other contaminants.

* Applying

- Do not apply product unless concrete has cured at least 28days at 200 and over 80%RH or equivalent. The surfaces temperature and moisture content should be lower than 400 and 6%

- Application temperature: 5-400
