Inorganic mineral insulate (dew condensation) paint
■ Hana Green Insuit is a dew-condensation prevention insulate paint that has superior workability, adhesion properties, and corrosion-resistant properties. It uses a technology developed by NASA by mixing an airtight ceramic insulate to create a specially manufactured paint that prevents dew condensation.
■ The main ingredient of this paint, insulate, is developed to block the sun’s radiation heat from penetrating the shuttle’s body. It is painted in a small ceramic powder form to create a ceramic layer (insulation layer) to provide superior heat reflection and resistant properties. In addition, since it has a low heat conduction rate, it provides superior heat insulation properties and blocks 85% of the sun’s radiation heat. It also prevents the loss of heat during the winter, thereby significantly reducing heating costs during the cold seasons, and it prevents dew condensation caused by the differences in the inside and outside temperature.
■ This paint has superior antibacterial properties and is an environmentally friendly product that does not produce 8 toxic heavy metal and VOCs. It is an incombustible, inorganic mineral paint that prevents dew condensation.

Inorganic matter mineral paint uses durability pigment and inorganic matter resin to be applied on interior and exterior wall of buildings such as concrete, mortar and etc. And, it can be applied on the area where waterproof, masking, anti-alkali and etc required. So, submit products made in Samjoong construction chemical Inc. or equivalent, and apply it after receive the approval. |

Construction | 1) surface treatment - cure the cement material for 28 days (25°C, relative humidity over 50%) when new building
- proper water content is less than 8% and PH is 7~9
- clean applying surface not to have laitance, cement, sand, soil and oil
- fill the gap and groove with putty, after surface adjustment, paint it
2) painting specification and tools - sort: first + second painting 2 time paints
- painting tools: brush, roller, spray
- drying film thickness: 100 + 100㎛
- color: white (other color)
3) caution when painting - do not painting when rainig, snowing and high humidity (0ver 85%) and below 5°C
- do not mix with other paints
- stir paint frequently during painting to mix ceramic powder uniformly
- prohibit excess mixing colors because insulation capacity can be decreased
- paint after surface is completely dried
4) caution when handling - transporting and store the paint in the room temperature (5~35°C), and lid should be upward
- seal the paint lid after use, and store it where children can not reach
- do not dispose painting in the sewer or river. Dispose the painting via waste disposal company assigned by Ministry of Environment
- use the paint before expirer date (6 months from manufactured date) because deterioration can be occurred
- prohibit use of paint other than purpose, and if deterioration or problem occurred, contact customer service
- do not paint in the sealed area. If necessary, ventilate enough during work
5) emergency treatments - when the content of paint is leaked, remove them by using sawdust, sand and etc.
- if contents of paint are ingested, vomiting the contents and contact the doctor
- when contacting with eyes, wash with water, and cleaning out with soap water
- when contacting with skin, wash with water
- when fire, use ABC or Haron fire extinguishers
