UNSATURATED POLYESTER MOLDING COMPOUNDS - PREMIX (Panasonic)

Polyester resins are unsaturated resins formed by the reaction of dibasic organic acids and polyhydric alcohols. Unsaturated polyester resin dissolved in styrene monomer and benzoyl peroxide was added as the catalyst and re-filling material and glass fibers, and the coloring material is charged and heated to make the unsaturated polyester compound.

- Characteristics : Increased output, Durability and noise reduction by encapsulating the motor
- Applications : Drive motor, Fan motor, Electromagnetic clutch coil, Igniter, etc.


2. Electrical and electronic products
- LED REFLECTOR use : "FULL BRIGHT" made from Unsaturated Polyester Resin is able to maintain excellent light reflectance under high temperature and UV environment.
- Excellent durability of reflectance : 85%(150℃ after 1,000h), 93%(UV+140℃ after 1,000h)
- Molding method : Injection molding, Transfer molding
