About Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate
• When heated, dehydration is made within molecules and hydrolyzed at 220℃
• When the aqueous solution is heated with limestone, it is hydrolyzed and it becomes phosphoric acid and soluble easily in water and it shows acidity.
Application
• Food Additives
Food enhancer (baking power), stabilizer of milk products, buffers, metal ion blocking agent, pH controller and increasing of preservation, restrainer of activation of microbe enzyme, biscuits, noodles, cereal processing goods, starch processing goods, noodle processing goods, strengthening of moisture holding ability of meats, etc.
• Industrial Uses
Antiscales, cleaner of acidity, metal surface treating agent, water treatment agent, peroxide stabilizer, etc.
