Improver of noodle processing, elasticity increaser of fish & meat products, cheese emulsifier, can discoloring prevention, ion blocking agent, noodles, food assistant, smoked duck, nut products, meat tenderizer, comfiture, processing of cereals, processing of starch, sugars, and various other foods, quality enhancer (fish & meat, dough and milk products), giving gloss and prevention of soybean paste, color of soy sauce, etc.
• Industrial Uses
Antiscales, hard water softener, metal surface treating agent, manufacture of synthetic rubber, EPS expansion agent, dye dispersant (permeating agent), agricultural pesticides, reagent, printing, detergents, water treating agent, metal ion blocking agent, etc.
