● Characteristics
- ABS sheets and PMMA improved the disadvantages of synthetic resins and a second surface treatment is not needed for scratch resistance & non-corrosion. Furthermore, antistatic finishing and germ-fighting qualities were added.
With excellent formability, ABS sheet enables us to manufacture products by co-extrusion, laminate and other ways. The application of this product is expanding to construction interior/exterior materials and machines parts. With excellent impact resistance and transparency, it is also used as shingle material and soundproof walls. Furthermore, it is also an outstanding gloss product with excellent surface quality. It is applied to automobile interior, Industrial interior, home appliances, bathtubs, illuminators, and various tablets.
PMMA is manufactured with state of the art technology and has high-light permeability with excellent surface quality and smoothness. Therefore, it is applied to various products such as electrical parts, electronics, LCD monitors, LDC TVs and etc.
● Types
1. PMMA SHEET (Light Guide Plate/Diffusion Plate)
- A transparent acrylic panel absorbs light from lamps and equally distributes the lights through its plates. It has the highest physical property among acrylic sheets.
