Functional coating agents

▶ Acrylic binder

For coating of primer of PET film.

▶ Anti-fog coating agent 

Grants scratch resistance, optical clarity, anti-fogging effects to PC, PET, Acryl, glass, etc, used for ski goggles, shields of helmets for motorcycles, head lamps of cars, etc.

▶ Hard coating agent

Prevents scratches on film, sheet, and molded articles made of PC, PET and PMMA, and enhances durability.

▶ Colloidal Silica

A raw material for CMP slurry for semiconductor process and anti-blocking agent for improvement of slip property of PET film, with a variety of uniform grain diameter ranging from 5 to 200 nm.

▶ Colloidal Ceria

A raw material of CMP slurry and abrasive material for glass,

▶ Self-healing paint

Grants the self-healing function when a scratch is given to PET and urethane film and sheet.

▶ Colloidal Titania

An additive that grants a high refractive index to optical lenses and film, realizes the refractive index of about 2.1, and is also used as a transparent UV blocking agent. 

▶ Colloidal Tin oxide 

It is applied to the fast reheat process for manufacturing of fast reheat chip (FR Chip) for IR blocking agents

and PET bottles.

▶ Anti-discoloration liquid for silver 

Prevents the discoloration of silver-plated products such as the lead frame of parts for electronic products.
