KS M 6080 Class 2 (COLOR LINE)
1. Product Overview
This paint is based on a waterbone, acrylic emulsion polymer. This fast drying paint has excellent properties such as weatherability, abrasion resistance and washability. This paint is environmentally friendly one-component type paint, because of low VOC (volatile organic compounds) content.
This product is a paint that has a function that allows the driver to check in advance and prepare for the route when the driver is at the forked road.

7. Application
- Surface preparing : Remove the moisture, dirt, oil etc from the surface of the road.
- Surface condition : To avoid condensation of moisture, the surface temperature should be more than 10 ℃ or more than 3 ℃ higher than dew point, and the relative humidity should be 70% or less.
- Application : spray, roller
- Thinner : non thinning
- Temperature : Use at atmospheric temperature 10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃.
( ※ Application below 10 ℃ will causes poor drying and poor adhesion. )
- Vehicle pass available time : min. 20 / 20 ~ 25℃ (Recommended film thickness wet. 420㎛)
8. Cautions on coating
- Avoid painting when the relative humidity is above 70% and the substrate surface temperature is below 10℃.
( Occur of problem (crack, poor adhesion etc.) )
- Do not mix with other company products.
- Use after confirming the compatibility with the old film on repairing the old film.
- Use the total amount that has been opened products. Storage containers are then sealed and stored at a temperature 5 ℃ ~ 35 ℃ and humidity of 70% or less.
- It is possible that the film is formed on the product, so please use the filter net when entering the storage tank to prevent the film from entering.
- Remove the moisture, dirt, oil etc from the surface of the road.
- Stir to be mixed uniformly before application.
- Don′t thinning.
- It is necessary to coat with the specified coating amount. In case of excessive coating at one time, the problem of drying failure may occur.
- If the coating surface is new concrete, apply it when the curing time is sufficient (curing for more than 30 days at 20 ℃), the pH is 7 ~ 9 and the water content is less than 8%.
- In case of repetitive painting, it should be painted after confirming that it is sufficiently dried.

- Use at atmospheric temperature 10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃. For avoid condensation of moisture, the surface temperature should be more than 10 ℃ or more than 3 ℃ higher than dew point.
9. Cautions on handling
- Prohibition of use other than the recommended use.
- Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply to children's equipment and food storage containers.
- When transporting, storing and handling the product, avoid fire and direct sunlight, store it in a dry and dark, keep the container sealed, and keep the filling port facing up.
- To prevent environmental pollution, completely use the contents and dispose of the remaining amount through the designated waste disposal company.
- Do not store or paint near fire. Avoid sparks due to impact, friction, etc. during handling.
- In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek doctor.
- If inhaled, move to a place with clear air. If irritation develops, consult a doctor immediately.
- If ingested, seek medical advice immediately.
- Use the product in efficacy period. (12 months)
