- The ANTI DC100 is an acceptable paste type that can be easily and effectively applied to the surface of metal products to prevent carburization or decarburization from occurring on specific surfaces of the treatment during charcoal heat treatment or various curing heat treatment activities.
- The coating of ANTI DC100 does not absorb moisture from the bulletproof coating during storage of the treatment in room temperature or high temperature atmosphere after drying.
- The ANTI DC100 is a water-soluble anti-charcoal agent and is free from odor and fire hazards.
(We don't use solvents among product components.)
- The ANTI DC100 coating forms a solid coating after drying completely and does not hop water during storage at room temperature, so the waiting time for heat treatment can be extended after bulletproofing.
- The ANTI DC100 doesn't damage the atmosphere of the charcoal to heat treatment, and it doesn't affect the facility very much.
- The ANTI DC100 has a stable bulletproof effect even after prolonged carburizing.
- Please remove the anti-carpet shell by using a mechanical method (Sand blast, or Shot blast open) after completing heat treatment for ANTI DC100.
- Before applying ANTI DC100, please use organic solvents or alkali skimmers to cleanse the skin.
- When using ANTI DC100, stir it evenly in a uniform pasted condition.
(In some cases, insufficient stirring may not be sufficient).
- Use undiluted solution for applying ANTI DC100. If used dilutely, use distilled water about 5% of the time.
- After applying ANTI DC100, heat treatment should be carried out indoors for 2-3 hours at room temperature. If necessary, force dry at a temperature below 70°C. Only when the bulletproof coating is sufficiently dried can a stable effect be achieved.
