Use
Bleach, oxidizer, disinfectant, decolorant, deodorant,
 waterworks/sewerage treatment, food additive and etc.
Physical/chemical property
This is colorless and transparent liquid, and soluble in cold water and
dissolved by heat. This is an excellent sterilizer. For safe storage,
 it is to be above pH11 in a cool place without sunray.
