Pipes for fire extinguishing

Material Properties

- Resistance to Corroision
Excellent resistance to corrosion by acidity, basic, or oil (over 50 years of life span when laying under the ground)

- Eesistance to Heat
maximum 60C

- Internal Pressurelaccording to ISO M 3408,PE 100 SDR-11), Normal Pressure, Fracture Pressure

Applicability in lying under the ground

- Laying depth
1.5m under the ground, installing Encasement Block over the pipes if road crossing

- Size application
Use bigger size pipes over 2-3 steps than using carbon steel pipe(when same size, carbon steel pipe is thicker twice than other pipes)

- States after installation
There States is no after corrosion or electrical corrosion after installation. If without destruction from the external, it is almost permanent.

- Legal Requirement
You should use the materials produced by the companies that acquired the certificate issued by Korea Institute of Fire lIndustry & Technology.

Workability
Due to lesser weight than steel, easy to transport and install.
Lagely, installed using melting and welding methods. Strength of Welding is higher than the parent materials. No problem in connecting with existing tacilities or valves (possible to connect with ASME 150F Flange)
