WINFLOW-SP[Ⅱ]
- High-strength and high-liquidity concrete
High-strengthand high-liquidity concrete use naphthalene sulfonic acid condensates as themain ingredient. It strongly disperses the cement particles so that it can makeconcrete with excellent fluidity at the low water/cement ratio. In addition,while preserving the properties of the base of the concrete, concrete can bepoured easily as its fluidity improves.
● USAGE
* Whenmanufacturing high-strength concrete and mortar
* Whenmanufacturing fluidity concrete
* Concretesecondary products (files, Hume, electric pole, segment, etc.)
* Whenmanufacturing P.C concrete
* Forself-leveling and special cement
● DOSAGE
* Typicalratios of 0.3% to 2.0% byweight of cement are suggested. Please test concrete to make sure each batchmeets the exact specification on site.
* Afteradding it, the mixture is mixed for 2-3 minutes at the high-speed rotation andthen concrete is placed.
* Afteradding it 0.1% to concrete, an standard increase in slump is 2±0.5㎝.
* Excessivecement in concrete can lead to the decrease in bleeding, segregation, and theamount of air.
● ADVANTAGES
* Concreteplacing can be easy when the liquidity is enhanced.
* Itincreases the durability.
* Itenhances the ability to pump.
* Sincethe condensation delay is little, air can be reduced.
* Aggregationof the cement particles is inhibited and its surface is smooth with theexcellent dispersion.
* Sincethere is no chloride, there is no promotion action on rebar corrosion
● PROPERTIES
* Appearance : Light brown liquid
* Specific gravity : 1.200±0.05 (20℃)
* pH : 7.0±3.0
* Mainingredient: Naphthalene condensates
● Packing
* 10kg, 250kg/drum, Tank Lorry
