Characteristics

The RCA(Recovered Coagulation Agent) can be manufactured based on waste catalysts which are produced from the petrochemical process. This is an alternative coagulants whose performance is similar to that of the commercial agent, PASS(Poly Aluminum Sulfate Silicate).

1. The relative alkalinity is low and the applicable pH range are from 4 to 12. The pH of treated water is quite stable.

2. The capabilities of decoloration and coagulation are excellent against the minerals and glassy materials. It does not contain the hazard organics or chlorine components.

3. It requires only 70% for obtaining similar coagulation performance by the commercial Liquid Aluminum Sulfate.

4. Since this coagulant is manufactured using the waste resources, the product cost is very much competitive and it can replace the imported goods.

Production process
Supply status
· The product development and production test were completed successfully through the National R&D Project (Eco-Industrial Complex Project).
· The MOU was made with Busan City for showing as a model case at the city STP.
· The construction of RCA plant was started on April 2017 and the production will begin on December 2017.
