Cold mirror and hot mirror effectively release the UV produced by the Lamp, and it is also an optical system which maximized efficiency of the UV.
Hot Mirror(IR Cut Filter)
UV LAMP is composed of 36.5% UV, 36.5% Visible rays, 16.6% IR and 19.6% convected heat HOT MIRROR adds UV and visible rays into the products and reflect IR and convected rays and filters the IR which arrives to the products. Therefore, in order to pass the UV (190nm-420nm) and visible rays (420nm-70Onm) and to reflect the infrared ray (700nm-), it is a product which attaches multiple layers (50-100 layers) of adhesive materials to Pyrex and Quart. Representative adhesive materials include 30 different chemical materials including Al,Pt,Au,Ag,Cu, Cr,Ni, Si,Sio, Si2, Zro2, Al2, O3, and MgF2.

Cold Mirror reflects UV and visible rays and allows passing through of IR in order to reflect the produced UV to the product. Therefore, in order to pass the UV (190nm -420nm) and visible rays (420nm-700nm) and to reflect the infrared ray (700nm), it is a product which attaches multiple layers of adhesive materials to Pyrex and Quart Representative adhesive materials include 28 different chemical materials including Ti,Ta,W,Mo,Ge,Ni,Si, Sio, Sio2, Zro2, Al2, O3 , and MgF2.
