Addition Cure Silicone
As condensation type, Addition Cure Silicone is classified in1 -pack type and multiple-type which is mostly 2-pack type. Hardening
occurs at the time when Pt Catalyst causes Hydrosilylation induced crosslink between polymer with Vinyl group and a crosslinker.
There are various hardening conditions induding a room temperature and heating type. A hardening speed is highly dependent
on temperature. Because of no adhesive force, Primer or an adhesion enhancer is used for adhesion. The application products
of Addition Cure Silicone include Silicone gel and a coating agent. Silicone gel exploits soft adhesive property to be used as a raw
material for HEPA Filter, heating, and protection from external shock A coating agent is used asa material for Silk screen printing,
coating of electric and electronic parts, and potting.
